Adult Signature Required
Due to federal and state regulations, an adult aged 21 or older must be available to sign for all wine deliveries. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended.
Shipping Restrictions
Wine shipments are subject to state and local laws.
At this time, SPARKS Vineyard & Winery ships only to locations where direct wine shipment is legally permitted. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled will be cancelled and refunded.
Weather Protection
Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures.
During periods of excessive heat or freezing temperatures, we may delay shipment or recommend a weather-hold option to help ensure your wine arrives in optimal condition.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
- Order size and weight
Any applicable taxes or regulatory fees will be displayed before payment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
